Onye Anuna
Onye Anuna is a British-Nigerian multi-disciplinary creative designer specialising in menswear, technology and Pan-Africanism. After graduating with a Mechanical Engineering and Automotive Design degree from Brunel University in 2010, he immersed himself in the blossoming tech scene at several of the UK's largest and most prestigious technology companies.
He launched Gravalot's first menswear collection in 2014 and has since focused on the preservation of craftsmanship, localised production, sustainable business practices and a projection of Black cultures in a progressive, contemporary frame.

SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Preserving traditional crafts like weaving, embroidery, and metalwork is central to Gravalot's ethos. Their motto, "No longevity in mediocrity," reflects the brand's commitment to locally designed products crafted by skilled artisans. They prioritise fair compensation for their partners and reject practices like slave labour and the displacement of communities, benefiting the local economy and the environment.
